Welcome to The Next Bell. By purchasing a subscription or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

The Next Bell offers a monthly subscription service. Each month, subscribers receive a physical mailer delivered by USPS to the recipient address provided at checkout. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, govern your use of the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase a subscription. By subscribing, you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorized to use it.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed at $14.95 per month, charged automatically each month on the anniversary of your signup date. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Prices may change; we'll notify active subscribers by email before any price change takes effect.

4. Shipping

Mailers ship in a single batch during the first 7 days of each month via USPS Priority Mail to US addresses only. New subscriptions join the next monthly mailing. Shipping is included in the subscription price. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

You may cancel anytime using the subscription management link in your order confirmation email. Cancellation stops future charges; past charges are not refundable. All sales are final — we do not accept returns. If a mailer arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content in our mailers and on this website — including letters, artwork, stickers, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to The Next Bell and is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute it without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service and its contents are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Next Bell disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
