Refund policy

All Sales Final

Because each mailer is assembled and shipped as a one-time monthly package, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Damaged Packages

If your mailer arrives damaged, we'll make it right. Email us at info.thenextbell@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll send a replacement package at no charge.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime — no fees, no hassle. Cancellation stops all future charges. If you've already been charged for the upcoming month, that mailer will still ship to you, but past charges are not refundable.
